The ENKOline has the highest output-per-minute rate on the market, whilst maintaining production stability. All our machines are equipped with high-quality and durable precision tooling to ensure cost-effective operations and excellent reliability, whichever configuration you choose.

The system is controlled via a touch screen, which is easy to navigate and allows for quick setup of nail parameters. Once the nail dimensions are set, production can take place unmanned and only limited staff are required to carry out changeovers and maintenance.

Selected configurations also benefit from our auto-stop/start functionality, which saves valuable time and makes operations less labour-intense.

ENKOline Advantages

ENKOTEC nail machinery requires no lubrication and, as it is possible to efficiently evacuate dust, the nails produced are so clean that there is no need for nail tumbling. This oil-free nail production means that nails can be transported directly from one machine to the next in one smooth run, saving the time and effort it would take to do this manually.

This also significantly reduces the footprint of a production plant, as there is no longer need to leave space around the machines for trucks or forklifts to pick up and deliver the nails on to the next stage of production.

The ENKOline is less labour-intensive and requires fewer operators than traditional set-ups due to the fact it transforms wire into nails and then thread rolls and/or collates them, all in one fluid process.

Operators are mainly needed to set the nail dimensions, carry out the changeovers of wire coils and boxes/bins, and perform maintenance. This means that one operator can manage up to four ENKOlines at once, with the exception of packaging.

We work in close collaboration with our clients to make sure that all our machinery is practical and user-friendly. This is to ensure that tooling changeovers and maintenance routines are easy to carry out, allowing your production to resume as quickly as possible.

The energy consumption of ENKOTEC machinery is lower than conventional machines and, in addition, the rotary forming principle results in a low-noise production process, ensuring an agreeable working environment.
