Our Performance Improvement Agreement utilises data collected via our ENKOsmart software and analyses this to enhance your production efficiency. This agreement provides your management team with detailed insights into production and operator behaviour through thorough in-depth data analysis of downtime and error statistics.
We will develop and implement a joint action plan to address these issues. Your production management will regularly interact with ENKOTEC remotely, where our Service Consultants will explain data analysis conclusions and suggest improvements.
The agreement is continuously refined based on your current status and specific needs, in close collaboration with your ENKOTEC Account Manager and Service Consultants. How Does ENKOsmart Factory Work?
ENKOsmart Factory is a system used to optimise operations and maximise outputs by using IT to collect data and monitor daily processes to provide a long-term overview of your efficiency and manufacturing procedures.
Data is collected via the ENKOsmart platform and sensors embedded in our newest machinery. The data is first transmitted to a local data box, and then to ENKOTEC's cloud, where it is transformed easily understandable dashboards that display the data in real-time.
