ENKOroll: The World's Fastest Thread Rolling Machine
Our thread rolling machine has been specially designed for threading wire nails at speeds of up to 3,000 nails per minute.
The user-friendly design of our thread rolling machines allows quick and easy tooling changeovers. They come with an outstanding output speed up to 3000 nails per minute, thanks to a perfectly engineered feeding and controlling mechanism. Nails are fed via the ENKOfeed, which is supplied with the machine.
Our thread rollers run smoothly without any oils, meaning than nails come out clean and with no need for tumbling. This means the ENKOroll is capable of running in-line or as a standalone machine.

Thread Rolling Taken To The Next Level
Like the ENKOnail+, the ENKOroll is also equipped with the ENKOsmart software platform, allowing for precision monitoring of your nail production. ENKOsmart also enables remote support and supplementary features such as user registration, event logging and a performance tracking module.
As an additional advantage, when an ENKOnail+, ENKOroll and ENKOveyor: Smart Belt are combined in an in-line setup, the ENKOsmart sensor technology allows the machines to communicate with each other, enabling the auto-start/-stop feature.
This means an operator is only required to change over boxes/wire coils, making it the most autonomous in-line system in the world.
