ENKOllator: Paper Tape Nail Collating Machine
The ENKOllator: Paper Tape collator is designed for making collated sticks of nails at a speed of up to 1,650 nails per minute.
The ENKOllator: Paper Tape, type CTS02, is aa high-capacity machine designed with responsible production in mind. It comes equipped with a standalone induction heater, chiller, and cooling system. We also supply a an in-line standalone tip coating unit connected directly to the collator.
Our paper tape collator is suitable for use as a standalone machine or for an in-line production setup. The ENKOclean: Vibron cleaning system has been specifically developed to wash and dry the nails before collation to ensure optimal tape adhesion.

High-Quality, High-Capacity Paper Tape Nail Collator
Our paper tape collator has a robust design with easy access to key processes. The nail flow from feeder to collator is optimised for specific nail ranges and it is easy to fine tune the nail angle.
The EKOllator: Paper Tape can collate both D-head and offset nails with very high quality in head rotation and head alignment for perfect function in a nail gun. There is also the option to use high-volume tape coils to increase efficiency and minimise changeover times.
All units are CE marked and a noise reduction cabin around the feeder is available as an option.
