ENKOclean: Vibron Nail Washing and Drying System
The highly efficient ENKOclean: Vibron has been designed for washing and drying nails in a quick cycle.
Our ENKOclean: Vibron washing and drying system is specifically engineered for the efficient cleaning of nails, whether integrated into an in-line nail manufacturing setup or used as a standalone unit. This advanced system boasts an impressive production speed, capable of processing up to 2,000 nails per minute, although the exact capacity can vary depending on the size of the nails being cleaned.
The cleaning process involves washing the nails by vibrating them in a phosphate solution, ensuring thorough removal of any contaminants. Following the washing stage, the nails are dried in a vibration spiral that utilizes corn cob in mesh 30-40, combined with heated air, to achieve optimal drying results. The entire cycle time for this process is approximately 20 minutes, making it both efficient and effective for high-volume nail production.
This unit has specifically been developed to ensure nails are thoroughly cleaned in preparation for processing by our ENKOllator: Paper Tape.

A Three-Step Washing and Drying Cycle
The Vibrating Washing Machine is built with a reinforced, heat-treated steel tub, lined with polyurethane and an AISI 304 stainless steel skin for durability and corrosion resistance. It operates using a double side motor vibration system, ensuring efficient cleaning.
The Vibrating Cob Dryer, constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, features an inlet dripping canal with a rinsing section and an outlet sieving canal, providing thorough drying and separation.
The Recycling Tanks, designed for both washing and rinsing, are made from AISI 304 stainless steel and have a capacity of 380 litres. They include a nibs recovery basket and min & max level gauge control to maintain optimal fluid levels.
