This magnetic conveyor intergrates smoothly with an array of nail production machinery, such as an ENKOnail, ENKOroll, ENKOllator, or other compatible equipment. The standard capacities are 150 kg (330 lbs.) and 500 kg (1,100 lbs.), but other capacities can be provided upon request. The hopper is equipped with a level sensor to ensure optimal operation and prevent overfilling. Additionally, the speed of the hopper is adjustable, allowing for precise control over the flow of nails.
The ENKOveyor: Magnetic is controlled directly from the nail machine, ensuring seamless operation and synchronization with other equipment. For those who require a more customised setup, this magnetic conveyor can also be supplied as a standalone solution, offering even greater versatility.
